What you will do

• Design and implement an automated end-to-end invoicing and revenue accounting cycle in NetSuite.
• Liaise with data warehouse teams to reconcile source data and ensure accurate accounting workflows.
• Own the full invoicing cycle across all partner arrangements, including revenue shares and commissions.
• Interpret complex commercial contracts and ensure accurate revenue recognition under ASC 606.
• Maintain the AR subledger and manage month-end close across all partner revenue streams.
• Utilize advanced SQL to independently pull, validate, and reconcile large transaction datasets.

Requirements

• CPA designation is a must.
• 8+ years of progressive accounting experience in revenue recognition and billing.
• Advanced SQL skills for independent data extraction and reconciliation.
• Deep knowledge of ASC 606 and experience drafting technical accounting memos.
• Ability to interpret commercial contracts and identify accounting implications.
• Experience managing collections and external partner relationships.

• Experience with NetSuite AR, billing, and automation.
