TL;DR

Studio & Affiliate Partnerships Manager (Fandango/Rotten Tomatoes): Supporting and executing revenue-generating studio, affiliate, and syndication partnership deals for Fandango and Rotten Tomatoes with an accent on deal execution, retention/renewals/optimization, and co-marketing performance. Focus on managing partner integrations and onboarding (including API capabilities), tracking deal terms and metrics in CRM/reporting systems, and coordinating cross-functionally with Product, Strategic Partnerships, Legal, Finance, and Marketing.

Location: Hybrid (office minimum three days per week)

Salary: USD 75,000–85,000 yearly

What you will do

  • Execute a portfolio of studio, affiliate, and syndication partnership deals with accountability for retention, renewals, and optimization.
  • Maintain deal tracking of partnership terms, timelines, and metrics in internal reporting and CRM systems.
  • Coordinate with Legal, Finance, Marketing, Product, and other stakeholders to support successful deal execution.
  • Develop and run co-marketing plans with partners aligned on messaging, promotional strategy, and launch timing.
  • Lead onboarding for new partners with Product, guiding partners through API capabilities, integration requirements, and best practices.
  • Identify integration risks and onboarding friction points, escalating strategically and recommending improvements to documentation and workflows.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in partnerships or other revenue-generating roles, including working with marketing and product teams.
  • 3–5 years experience across partnerships, account management, program management, studio marketing, promotions, and/or business development.
  • Experience supporting revenue-generating partnerships and managing deal execution.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word), especially building decks, reports, and recaps.
  • Experience using CRM and systems for deal tracking, revenue forecasting, and performance reporting (Salesforce or similar); Atlassian and Asana are a strong plus.
  • Strong writing and communication skills with attention to detail; proactive, collaborative, and able to manage competing priorities.
