Salary: $110,000 – $130,000 base

What you will do
- Build and manage a robust pipeline of prospective brand partners to consistently exceed sponsorship revenue targets.
- Pitch and close new sponsorship opportunities across Originals, touring exhibitions, concerts, and official partnerships.
- Develop bespoke commercial proposals by collaborating with internal Marketing, Content, Media, and Operations teams.
- Lead the complete sales cycle from initial outreach and discovery to negotiation and deal closure.
- Maintain senior-level relationships with brand marketers, media agencies, and procurement teams.
- Track sales activity, forecasting, and pipeline accuracy within Salesforce.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in sponsorship sales, partnerships, media sales, or experiential marketing.
- Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets and closing six- and seven-figure deals.
- Established network of brand marketers, agency partners, and senior decision-makers.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills for pitching to C-suite executives.
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to develop value-driven partnership solutions.
- Must be based in New York (Onsite).
