Sales Support Analyst (Fintech)

TL;DR

Sales Support Analyst (Fintech): Providing high-quality customer service to financial advisors and supporting the Alternative Distribution team with an accent on managing the investment lifecycle and advisor relationships. Focus on acting as a liaison between internal departments and maintaining accurate CRM data to drive platform usage.

Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Greenwich, Connecticut (Hybrid: Mon-Thu in-office)

Salary: $75,000–$85,000

What you will do

• Drive new user registrations by educating financial advisors on the platform value proposition.
• Lead campaigns for product launches, conferences, and thought leadership publications.
• Maintain strong relationships with key advisors to maximize platform usage.
• Act as the primary point of contact for advisor inquiries regarding investment creation and servicing.
• Manage internal referrals to specialized teams including Structured Investments and Client Solutions.
• Maintain accurate records in Salesforce CRM.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Experience in investment or financial service fields.
• Strong proficiency in Salesforce, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
• Must be able to work in the office Monday through Thursday.
• Must obtain Series 7 and Series 63 licenses within 120 days of hire.
• Must obtain CAIA certification within 2 years of hire.

Nice to have

• Experience with Tableau or other business intelligence tools.
