What you will do

• Lead complex SaaS sales cycles and prospect for net-new enterprise accounts in Dubai and the Middle East.
• Expand relationships with existing customers across various verticals to widen hirify.global's footprint.
• Manage the full deal cycle from lead origination and stakeholder mapping to negotiation and closing.
• Collaborate with partners and peers in a consultative process to identify value and ROI for customers.
• Maintain an accurate deal pipeline and forecasting within Salesforce.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in enterprise sales for data management software.
• Proven track record of consistently achieving or overachieving SaaS sales quotas.
• Experience selling net-new business and expansion opportunities to C-level buyers in large enterprise accounts.
• Proficiency in leveraging AI tools (e.g., Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT, Copilot) to streamline workflows.
• Must be based in Dubai, UAE; this position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
