What you will do
- Plan, lead, and execute multi-channel growth marketing initiatives and local campaigns from A-Z.
- Define campaign strategy, messaging, and channel mix while localizing global and regional programs.
- Lead and execute key offline events, including tradeshows, seminars, and workshops.
- Create and review marketing content, ensuring consistency and quality across all assets.
- Monitor and optimize performance across the full marketing and sales funnel to improve conversion.
- Manage marketing spend and provide recommendations on budget allocation to leadership.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 7-10 years of experience in B2B growth and demand generation marketing.
- Proven ability to drive pipeline contribution and revenue impact through sales collaboration.
- Proficiency in marketing technology ecosystems including Marketo, Salesforce, and analytics tools.
- Business-fluent English required.
- Willingness and ability to travel across Malaysia for business needs.
Nice to have
- Experience using AI tools like Microsoft Copilot to improve productivity and content quality.
- Demonstrated mentoring experience and ability to delegate effectively.
