TL;DR

Location: Hybrid in Bratislava, Slovakia

Salary: 1500-2500 EUR gross per month

What you will do

  • Implement and manage paid campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Outbrain, and Quora Ads for international clients.
  • Independently oversee marketing spend, performance, and tactical adjustments to meet client goals.
  • Develop and propose actionable digital marketing strategies for new and existing clients.
  • Create data-driven reports and structured PowerPoint presentations to communicate strategy and results to clients.
  • Utilize cutting-edge AI platforms and LLMs (e.g., Langdock) to enhance consulting outcomes.
  • Collaborate on internal best practices, wiki creation, and onboarding of new team members.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of expert hands-on experience in campaign setup on at least two platforms (Google, Facebook, or LinkedIn Ads).
  • English: C1 level proficiency required.
  • Proficiency in Excel for numerical data analysis and synthesis.
  • Strong project management and client communication skills.
  • Ability to build polished, story-driven PowerPoint presentations.
  • Must be based in or able to relocate to Bratislava, Slovakia (Standard employment contract TPP only).

Nice to have

  • Experience with B2B marketing and Account Based Marketing (ABM).
  • Knowledge of CRM, email marketing, and automation scripts.
  • Experience in content marketing, UX, and website A/B testing.
