What you will do

  • Develop and execute comprehensive B2B marketing campaigns aligned with business goals and target audiences.
  • Coordinate campaign implementation across digital, social media, email, and online events.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to produce high-quality marketing materials.
  • Analyze performance metrics, calculate ROI, and conduct A/B testing for optimization.
  • Utilize AI-enabled tools like chatbots and analytics assistants to improve operational efficiency.
  • Report campaign outcomes and provide actionable insights to organizational stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of marketing experience focusing on B2B lead generation in a software or tech company.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce CRM and marketing automation platforms such as Eloqua or Marketo.
  • Experience with search traffic sources, marketing attribution tools, and webinar technology.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or a marketing-related field.
  • Excellent project management, writing, and communication skills.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of Account-Based Marketing (ABM) concepts and frameworks.
  • Experience in prompting AI systems and assessing the quality of their output.
