What you will do

  • Proactively acquire, upsell, and retain customers across various product lines.
  • Provide a first-class customer service experience by helping customers select the best plans and products.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and account maintenance in a professional manner.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, accessories, service plans, and competitor offers.
  • Accurately log information and process transactions using company databases and systems.
  • Collaborate with peers and other departments to ensure service excellence and meet performance goals.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of six months of general work experience.
  • Excellent command of the English language.
  • Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel) and basic computer skills.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to handle stressful, high-volume interactions.

Nice to have

  • Previous experience in customer service and sales.
  • Experience in the telecommunications industry.
  • Relevant industry or job-specific certifications.
