What you will do

  • Manage end-to-end customer interactions via chat, email, phone, and social media.
  • Resolve customer issues with empathy to ensure positive outcomes and brand trust.
  • Maintain high performance metrics including CSAT, first-contact resolution, and response SLAs.
  • Act as a product expert to provide authentic guidance and support to customers.
  • Identify and report recurring patterns to drive actionable service improvements.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States
  • Minimum 4 years of professional customer service experience.
  • Proven ability to build relationships and resolve issues effectively in a remote environment.
  • Dedicated, quiet workspace with reliable high-speed internet (75+ Mbps download / 10+ Mbps upload).
  • High School diploma or GED.
