What you will do

• Own cross-channel strategy across paid social, display, video, affiliates, and offline media.
• Optimize channel performance based on pipeline, revenue, and CAC metrics.
• Manage and reallocate multi-channel media budgets to maximize incremental returns.
• Build and execute a structured experimentation roadmap for new channels and creative strategies.
• Partner with Revenue, Product Marketing, and Sales to ensure full-funnel performance alignment.
• Apply AI technologies to improve efficiency and drive results in daily workflows.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• 7-10+ years of experience in performance marketing across multiple paid channels.
• Proven track record in scaling multi-channel acquisition programs.
• Strong analytical foundation with expertise in attribution and experimentation.
• Experience managing budgets with clear ROI accountability.
• Experience using AI and AI-related technologies in a professional setting.
