What you will do

• Plan and execute CRM campaigns across email, push, and in-app channels aligned with commercial priorities.
• Build and optimize automated flows within the email service provider (MoEngage).
• Collaborate with online merchandising, creative, and analytics teams to brief and deploy campaigns.
• Segment audiences based on membership status, preferences, demographics, and other attributes.
• Conduct continuous test & learn activity including testing of subject lines, creative, and data science models.
• Monitor performance trends and translate data into actionable insights for senior stakeholders.

Requirements

• Experience working with MoEngage or similar tier 1 ESPs (e.g., Braze, Bloomreach, Responsys).
• Proficiency in manipulating performance data using Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Strong communication skills and confidence in presenting to senior stakeholders.
• Exceptional organization and high attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a hybrid model (3 days a week in the London office).
