What you will do

• Conduct job analyses to ensure assessments are role-relevant, valid, and defensible
• Design and validate pre-employment tools in line with professional and legal standards
• Analyze assessment data for fairness, validity, and business impact
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and vendors to implement and monitor assessments
• Translate technical results into clear, actionable recommendations for business leaders
• Support documentation and compliance efforts to meet legal and regulatory standards

Requirements

• Expertise in selection process design, job analysis, validation strategies, and psychometrics
• Applied experience implementing and managing assessment solutions across varied roles
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data for non-technical audiences
• Ability to manage projects and collaborate with senior leaders and HR partners
• Up-to-date knowledge of legal requirements and professional guidelines in assessment and selection
• Must be eligible to work on W2 in the United States
