Salary: $85,000 – $95,000 USD per year.

What you will do

• Partner with the Regional Director of HR to implement people programs and strategic initiatives.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and team members on HR policies, performance, and conduct.
• Identify inefficiencies in current HR processes and drive automation and scalability.
• Manage employee relations, investigations, and compliance with federal and state employment laws.
• Support performance management cycles, goal setting, and career pathing initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Payroll, Finance, and IT to ensure operational consistency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
• 4–6 years of progressive HR experience supporting multi-site, hybrid, or remote teams.
• Working knowledge of U.S. employment laws (FMLA, ADA, EEO, wage & hour).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, evolving environment.

Nice to have

• PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP certification.
• Experience in a professional services or engineering/consulting environment.
• Familiarity with HR analytics, dashboards, or workforce data reporting.
• Experience with UKG HRIS.
