What you will do

• Architect and deliver the 3-Year People Strategy aligned with business goals and long-term value creation.
• Serve as a catalyst for AI adoption, leading the human and cultural side of AI transformation.
• Redesign workflows to automate transactional tasks and prioritize high-value human work.
• Coach senior business leaders to elevate them into high-impact performance coaches.
• Lead the transition toward a skills-based organization, defining necessary capabilities for company goals.
• Collaborate with broader HR teams including Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, and L&D to enhance employee experience.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• Proven HR business partnering experience within fast-paced, matrixed global technology environments.
• Strong fluency in AI tools and an active curiosity regarding the future of work.
• Experience in stakeholder influence and navigating matrixed organizations across different time zones.
• Proficiency with enterprise HR tools, specifically Workday.
• Ability to translate complex data into compelling narratives to influence leadership action.
