• Manage delivery budgets, forecasting, and cost-efficient resourcing.
• Develop and coach high-performing leaders and teams through clear goal-setting and feedback.
• Ensure architectural consistency and compliance across all domains.

Requirements

• Must be a United States citizen due to United States Department of Education security clearance requirements.
• Must reside near Centennial, CO; Lincoln, NE; Brownsville, TX; or Madison, WI.
• 10+ years of IT experience with 5–10 years in a management position.
• Experience in IT planning, governance, and system development.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (MBA preferred).
• Ability to connect technical decisions to market opportunities and business strategy.
