What you will do
- Own the I2R value stream, ensuring structural health and flow from implementation through renewal.
- Govern AI-powered agentic systems to automate renewal, proactive success, and support deflection.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration across Customer Success, Support, Professional Services, and Product.
- Drive the Churn Improvement Program to achieve measurable progress in retention and time-to-value.
- Apply SAFe and Lean principles to optimize throughput and eliminate friction in the customer journey.
- Partner with Finance and executive leadership on ARR modeling, retention forecasting, and investment sequencing.
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in customer success, professional services, or post-sale operations.
- Must be based in the United States.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale transformation programs in complex organizations.
- Deep expertise in governing AI-powered or agentic systems as a business owner.
- Strong proficiency in SAFe, Lean Portfolio Management, or equivalent scaled agile governance.
- Executive-level systems thinking with the ability to design operating models for value streams.
Nice to have
- Experience in the nonprofit sector, donor-advised funds, or gift management.
- Familiarity with SAFe Release Train structures and ART coordination at the portfolio level.
