What you will do

• Oversee project governance, deliverables, and sign-offs for multiple concurrent engagements.
• Lead diverse teams of architects, consultants, and developers across onshore and offshore locations.
• Manage engagement financials, scope, and schedules to ensure profitability and quality.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and develop trusted advisor relationships with executives.
• Coordinate with Product Management, Engineering, and DevOps to resolve product issues and manage enhancement requests.
• Develop repeatable methodologies, tools, and templates to improve practice efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science degree in Business, Engineering, or equivalent.
• 5-8 years of enterprise-level experience in project management delivering complex solutions.
• Ownership of at least 2 end-to-end implementations of Enterprise MDM software (e.g., Informatica, SAP, Oracle).
• Deep expertise in Agile Scrum and program management.
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
