TL;DR

Location: Must be based in the United States
Compensation: $160,000–$200,000 per year

What you will do
- Define and execute scalable implementation playbooks for diverse client portfolios including health plans and employers.
- Lead the handoff process between Sales and Client Services to ensure operational continuity.
- Oversee end-to-end eligibility and roster management, including EDI/834 workflows and data integrity.
- Drive automation and AI-driven solutions to reduce manual effort and accelerate time-to-launch.
- Build real-time visibility into the implementation pipeline using Salesforce and standard reporting suites.
- Serve as the strategic lead for partner stakeholders, managing high-touch onboarding for virtual and community-based models.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience leading complex technical implementations within the healthcare ecosystem.
- Proven track record managing 20+ concurrent implementations for large-scale clients (20k+ lives).
- Deep understanding of healthcare data exchange standards including HL7, FHIR, and EDI.
- Hands-on experience with eligibility file management and CRM-based pipeline tracking (Salesforce preferred).
- Ability to design and implement automation solutions within operational workflows.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
Nice to have
- Professional certifications such as PMP or CPHIMS.
- Experience building or refining dashboards in Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
- Track record of building and developing high-performing teams.
