Compensation: $160,000–$200,000 per year

What you will do

• Define and execute scalable implementation playbooks for diverse client portfolios including health plans and employers.
• Lead the handoff process between Sales and Client Services to ensure operational continuity.
• Oversee end-to-end eligibility and roster management, including EDI/834 workflows and data integrity.
• Drive automation and AI-driven solutions to reduce manual effort and accelerate time-to-launch.
• Build real-time visibility into the implementation pipeline using Salesforce and standard reporting suites.
• Serve as the strategic lead for partner stakeholders, managing high-touch onboarding for virtual and community-based models.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience leading complex technical implementations within the healthcare ecosystem.
• Proven track record managing 20+ concurrent implementations for large-scale clients (20k+ lives).
• Deep understanding of healthcare data exchange standards including HL7, FHIR, and EDI.
• Hands-on experience with eligibility file management and CRM-based pipeline tracking (Salesforce preferred).
• Ability to design and implement automation solutions within operational workflows.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• Professional certifications such as PMP or CPHIMS.
• Experience building or refining dashboards in Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
• Track record of building and developing high-performing teams.
