Professional Services Consultant (Self Service) (Cybersecurity)

Location: Remote - USA; candidates should be based on the West Coast.

Base salary: $84,200–$121,000 USD per year, with potential bonus or incentive compensation, equity, and benefits.

What you will do

• Own a large, high-turnover portfolio of self-service deployments and consistently achieve the 12-day time-to-value target.
• Manage go-live intake, activation, follow-up, and customer enablement through structured, largely asynchronous communication.
• Monitor deployment health, classify account status, prioritize risks, and keep multiple deployments moving simultaneously.
• Troubleshoot deployment blockers involving Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, email security, networking, and security protocols.
• Guide customers in activating purchased products, including Inbound Email Security, Account Takeover Protection, AI Security Mailbox, and Email Productivity.
• Coordinate with account teams, Senior Professional Services Consultants, Support, and Engineering while maintaining quality and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA, preferably on the West Coast.
• At least 2 years of experience in technical support or Professional Services consulting for enterprise-grade cybersecurity SaaS platforms.
• Experience deploying and managing SaaS products across large portfolios of customer environments, including Azure and Google Cloud.
• Knowledge of networking basics, security protocols, and email security concepts such as SPF, DKIM, and DMARC.
• Strong technical analysis, written communication, prioritization, and troubleshooting skills for complex deployment issues.
• Experience using AI tools to templatize repeatable work and manage high-volume delivery.

Nice to have

• Experience with high-volume, digital, or tech-touch delivery models.
• Experience working in Salesforce, Gainsight, or other CRM and customer-success platforms.
• Knowledge of APIs and integration processes.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
