Senior Consultant, Professional Services - AI Services

Location: Remote, United States

Salary: $125,000–$140,000 annually, depending on work location, skills, knowledge, and experience.

What you will do

• Build custom AI-agent solutions, workflows, prompts, and MCP integrations connected to customer data and business processes.
• Engage customers during pre-sales architecture reviews and delivery engagements to define requirements and solution designs.
• Track developments in foundation models, agentic frameworks, and MCP standards and convert them into practical customer guidance.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to provide technical expertise and support customer value realization.
• Establish best practices, delivery frameworks, and reusable solution patterns for the AI Technical practice.
• Assess and advise customers on architecture patterns that complement hirify.global’s platform.

Requirements

• 7+ years of overall experience, including at least 3 years in customer-facing technology consulting or professional services.
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience with large language models, agentic AI frameworks, and prompt engineering.
• Experience with MCP integrations and agentic AI architectures, including the ability to advise customers and build working solutions.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud and modern SaaS integration patterns.
• Strong understanding of data privacy, security, and governance for AI and enterprise custom-development solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, plus strong communication and enterprise customer engagement skills.

• Industry experience in AEC, Life Sciences/Biotech, or FinTech.
