Solutions Consultant (AI Accounting)

Location: Remote within Canada; applicants must reside in and be eligible to work in Canada. Availability may be required across Eastern Time (ET) to Pacific Time (PT) business hours.

Annual base salary: $110,000–$125,000 CAD, plus discretionary bonus and/or commission and benefits.

What you will do

• Lead customer evaluations, presentations, trials, pilots, and solution demonstrations.
• Guide customers through migration and implementation journeys from existing accounting and audit tools.
• Coordinate with Professional Services, Product, Support, Training, Account Management, and technical specialists to keep engagements on track.
• Create value-driven demonstration strategies, use cases, and supporting assets.
• Translate customer feedback into actionable insights for Product teams and explain roadmap alignment to prospects.
• Design scalable processes and systems that improve service consistency and support future growth.

Requirements

• CPA, Chartered Accountant, or equivalent qualification with at least 3 years of audit or accounting experience.
• Direct experience using hirify.global to create financial statements or perform engagements.
• Strong understanding of accounting, financial processes, audit technology, and accounting-sector workflows.
• Ability to discuss AI-powered accounting solutions and practical experience using AI tools.
• Excellent written, oral, and presentation skills, with strong organization, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, plus experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce and Microsoft Office.

• Experience leading technology adoption, training, methodology, or innovation initiatives in an accounting firm.
• Experience or qualifications in project, product, or program management.
• Product, product marketing, sales, or close collaboration with these functions.
• Experience attending conferences, speaking at events, or contributing to thought leadership.
