What you will do
- Manage end-to-end recruitment of educators and students for usability testing, 1:1 interviews, focus groups, surveys, and pilots.
- Own relationships and logistics management with site and vendor partners.
- Continuously evaluate and optimize research management tools and processes to ensure efficiency and scalability.
- Develop and maintain participant databases, templates, screeners, and scheduling procedures.
- Coordinate both onsite and remote study logistics.
- Collaborate on outreach to locate new in-person testing partner sites.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of relevant work experience in research operations.
- Must be based in the United States.
- Strong project management skills and proficiency with databases and spreadsheets.
- Experience securely managing personally identifiable information (PII) and regulatory data.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as a self-starter in a cross-functional environment.

- History of managing collaboration across different time zones with distributed teams.
