What you will do

• Own the end-to-end design process for a major product area, including research, ideation, prototyping, and high-fidelity execution.
• Define and execute user research strategies, such as interviews and usability testing, to inform critical product decisions.
• Create wireframes and prototypes that clearly communicate product intent and complex interaction flows.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to deliver feasible, user-centered solutions.
• Maintain and evolve scalable design systems with a focus on accessibility, consistency, and performance.
• Lead and mentor mid- and senior-level designers, contributing to a strong culture of feedback and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product design experience, specifically with complex enterprise or large-scale digital products.
• Proven experience leading multi-team design initiatives with measurable product and business impact.
• Expertise in UX and UI design, including interaction design and scalable visual systems.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma and other modern prototyping platforms.
• Deep familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design principles.
• Must be based in the United States.
