What you will do

• Design, execute, and analyze qualitative and quantitative user research studies.
• Conduct foundational and evaluative research including interviews, usability testing, and surveys.
• Identify customer pain points and opportunities through data analysis.
• Influence product strategy and roadmap planning with actionable insights.
• Perform UX health assessments and validation studies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, design, engineering, and data science.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HCI, Psychology, Social Sciences, or related field.
• 4–6 years of professional user research experience in the technology industry.
• 4+ years of experience applying research methods to influence product strategy.
• Expertise in qualitative methods (interviews, usability testing, contextual inquiry).
• Experience with quantitative methods (surveys, card sorting, data analysis).
• Proficiency with research platforms like UserTesting, DScout, or Qualtrics.

Nice to have

• Experience researching and validating AI-powered product experiences.
• 2–4 years of experience supporting enterprise software solutions.
• Strong storytelling and stakeholder influence skills.
