Salary: $144,381.00 - $245,448.00

What you will do

• Design and deliver complex, scalable Salesforce ecosystems for public sector and federal clients.
• Lead technical solutioning for key bids, capture efforts, and proposal support.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to internal leaders and clients to align Salesforce solutions with mission goals.
• Guide business development teams in shaping technical approaches for high-priority opportunities.
• Implement innovative, compliant, and competitive platform-based solutions.
• Utilize AI-enabled capabilities, including Agentforce and LLM-based tools, to accelerate software delivery.

Requirements

• U.S. citizenship or permanent residency required.
• Must reside and work within the United States.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Federal Public Trust and/or Security Clearance.
• 12+ years of experience designing and implementing Salesforce or comparable SaaS enterprise solutions.
• 5+ years of experience leading complex solutions with a strong enterprise architecture background.
• Mainline Salesforce certifications (e.g., Application Architect, System Architect, Data Architect, Integration Architect, or CTA).

Nice to have

• Experience with Salesforce Public Sector Solutions (PSS), OmniStudio, MuleSoft, or Data 360.
• Certifications in OmniStudio, PSS, Platform Developer I, or Agentforce.
• Experience supporting Department of Defense, civilian federal agencies, or FedRAMP environments.
• Background in consulting or systems integration for enterprise clients.
• Proficiency with Codex and agentic AI workflows.
