Senior Salesforce Developer

Location: Hybrid in Woodlawn, Maryland; candidates must reside in and be able to work in the United States. Eligibility requires living in the United States for 3 of the last 5 years.

What you will do

• Develop and maintain Salesforce solutions based on business requirements and end-user needs.
• Customize the Salesforce Lightning platform using Lightning Web Components, Lightning Aura Components, Apex, Flows, and OmniStudio.
• Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, architects, developers, and testers to plan and execute sprints.
• Perform code reviews, unit testing, demonstrations, and systems issue resolution.
• Estimate development scope and effort, document technical solutions, and support sprint delivery.
• Mentor developers and propose Salesforce release capabilities and industry best practices.

Requirements

• Must be able to obtain a U.S. Federal Position of Trust clearance designation.
• Must reside in and perform work in the United States and have lived there for 3 of the last 5 years.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; computer science preferred.
• At least 5 years of Salesforce experience and 7 years of overall IT experience.
• Experience with Salesforce Lightning customization, Lightning components, Apex, or declarative development with Flows and OmniStudio.
• Salesforce Certified Administrator and Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I certifications; strong communication and analytical skills.

• Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
• Point-to-point and middleware Salesforce integrations.
• Copado deployments and Salesforce Platform Developer II certification.
• Salesforce JavaScript Developer, OmniStudio Consultant, or OmniStudio Developer certifications.
