Senior IT Solutions Architect (Salesforce)

What you will do

• Lead the strategy, planning, execution, and optimization of Salesforce customizations, including custom objects, flows, reports, dashboards, and integrations.
• Gather stakeholder requirements and design solutions in Salesforce or guide team members in implementing them.
• Oversee data flows and integrations between Salesforce and services such as HubSpot, Crossbeam, Outreach, Responsive, Pendo, Workato, ZoomInfo, and RingLead.
• Guide and mentor Salesforce Administrators, assign work, and oversee technical delivery.
• Lead projects affecting Salesforce and its connected data flows while managing external vendors and implementation partners.
• Evaluate and apply AI to improve efficiency, productivity, workflows, and outcomes.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience with Salesforce or enterprise systems.
• Certified Salesforce Administrator certification and relevant Salesforce certifications.
• Strong problem-solving, prioritization, and multitasking skills.
• Precise attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy, system reliability, compliance, and stakeholder requirements.
• Deep understanding of business processes and project management.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, including the ability to explain complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
