Location: Remote (USA). Consistent travel (50% - 75%) is required.

Salary: $120,000 – $165,000 per year

What you will do

• Analyze charge generation and capture workflows to identify revenue leakage and compliance risks.
• Review and draft Revenue Integrity policies and procedures to provide improvement recommendations.
• Perform detailed research using industry resources and commercial databases.
• Develop financial models and analyses using transactional and client-provided data.
• Execute project workplans and draft client deliverables for review by leadership.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop methodology and documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Management, Accounting, Finance, Healthcare Administration, or related discipline.
• 4-8 years of consulting or industry experience in Revenue Integrity and/or Charge Integrity.
• Operational expertise in CDM Management, Charge Capture, Denials Prevention, and Payer Contracting.
• Understanding of Medicare IPPS, OPPS, and ASC payment systems.
• Must have legal right to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.
• Willingness to travel consistently (50% - 75%).

Nice to have

• Industry certifications such as RHIA, RHIT, CPC, COC, CCS, or CRIP.
• Familiarity with EMRs such as Epic, Cerner, Allscripts, MEDITECH, or Athena/IDX.
