What you will do
- Lead analysis of complex hospital market, operations, and financial data to identify strategic priorities.
- Build and manage advanced financial models to assess growth opportunities and facility scenarios.
- Manage hospital consulting projects, including planning, milestone tracking, and cross-functional coordination.
- Oversee analytical workstreams, reviewing deliverables to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Develop executive-level presentations to communicate insights to hospital leadership.
- Mentor junior team members through direction, feedback, and technical guidance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, healthcare administration, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in healthcare consulting, strategy, or financial analysis.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in large data sets and advanced Excel financial modeling.
- Ability to develop client-facing deliverables for C-suite executives.
- Experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Must be authorized to work in the US (implied by company benefits and legal framework).
