Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per year

What you will do

• Deliver consulting services focused on end-to-end revenue cycle optimization, including front-end, mid-cycle, and back-end processes.
• Analyze customer workflows and financial performance to identify operational gaps and opportunities for improvement.
• Provide strategic recommendations to enhance billing efficiency, reduce denials, and accelerate cash flow.
• Configure and optimize EHR/RCM systems to align with industry best practices.
• Develop and deliver customer-facing documentation, reports, and presentations to communicate findings.
• Lead and support onsite and remote engagements, including optimization projects and training sessions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) within healthcare services.
• Strong understanding of patient access, coding, charge capture, claims submission, and denial management.
• Must be based in the United States; employment visa sponsorship is not available.
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time via auto and airplane.
• Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Familiarity with SmartCare or comparable enterprise-level EHR systems.
