Salary: $80,000 – $108,000

What you will do
- Assess FQHC finance department performance using data, KPIs, and industry benchmarks.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve financial operations, revenue cycle performance, and profitability.
- Partner with executive leaders (CEOs, CFOs) to identify operational gaps and deliver practical solutions.
- Provide subject-matter expertise in Medicare and Medicaid reimbursement, including PPS rate development.
- Configure and optimize financial systems, EHRs, and accounting structures for accurate reporting.
- Support the development of operational budgets and financial forecasts.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in healthcare finance.
- Strong understanding of financial operations, budgeting, and reimbursement systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Teams, and Outlook.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be eligible to work in the US (implied by US-specific benefits and regulatory focus).
Nice to have
- Direct experience working with Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs).
- Exposure to EHRs such as Epic, NextGen, eCW, or Athena.
- Experience with ERPs like Sage, MIP, Great Plains, or Quickbooks.
