What you will do
- Serve as a strategic advisor for ENT member practices to deliver high-quality operational guidance.
- Advise practice leaders on operational workflows, scheduling, billing processes, and administrative design.
- Analyze revenue-cycle KPIs (collections, days in A/R, productivity) and translate data into actionable next steps.
- Conduct comprehensive practice assessments across HR, finance, compliance, and marketing to produce prioritized action plans.
- Develop ENT-specific playbooks, frameworks, and resources to enhance team effectiveness.
- Mentor and coach Practice Management Consultants through one-on-one development and regular case reviews.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in ENT or otolaryngology practice settings.
- Bachelorβs degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field.
- Proficiency in ENT-relevant EHR and practice management systems such as Modernizing Medicine, Athena, or Epic.
- Strong financial acumen with the ability to interpret provider productivity and revenue cycle reports.
- Ability to travel up to 25% for member practice site visits and industry meetings.
