Location: Hybrid (New York, NY). Must be based in New York as the policy requires working from the office four days per week.

Salary: $90k - $140k base + bonus + equity

What you will do

• Analyze card performance, customer behavior, and unit economics to identify growth and profitability opportunities.
• Design and measure A/B tests for product changes, marketing campaigns, and rewards programs.
• Build dashboards and reporting frameworks using BI tools (Sigma, Retool) to track core KPIs.
• Develop financial models and business cases for new card features and pricing strategies.
• Create executive-level presentations synthesizing complex analyses into actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Finance teams to improve data infrastructure and metric definitions.

Requirements

• 2–6 years of experience in investment banking, PE, hedge funds, strategy consulting, or fintech.
• Strong quantitative skills for solving complex, ambiguous business problems using data.
• Proven experience building financial models, forecasting, and investment-style analyses.
• Proficiency with large datasets and BI tools such as Sigma, Retool, Tableau, or Looker.
• Advanced Excel skills for detailed quantitative modeling.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
