Salary: $115,000–$130,000

What you will do

• Own end-to-end performance reporting for sales, marketing, and customer success teams.
• Build and maintain executive-level dashboards for OKRs and revenue funnel metrics.
• Conduct deep-dive analytics on lead routing, territory design, and campaign ROI.
• Partner with finance and operations to facilitate forecasting and business review cadences.
• Identify opportunities for automation and advanced analytics to improve decision-making.
• Validate hypotheses and translate complex datasets into clear narratives for senior leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Statistics, Economics, or Finance.
• 3+ years of experience in revenue, sales, marketing, or finance operations.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Strong command of SQL and experience querying large datasets in platforms like Snowflake or BigQuery.
• Demonstrated ability to build intuitive visualizations and dashboards.
• Understanding of B2B GTM metrics and revenue forecasting.

Nice to have

• Experience with Salesforce, Marketo, or Gong.
• Genuine curiosity about AI-assisted analytics and intelligent automation.
