What you will do

• Build and maintain sales activity dashboards to track pipeline, bookings, and deal performance.
• Develop scalable data models and pricing strategies, including discount analysis and deal economics.
• Drive data standardization and improve quality across SFDC and financial reporting systems.
• Partner with IT to automate data flows and implement tool improvements.
• Present complex insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Lead cross-functional projects requiring both technical depth and business acumen.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting or Finance with programming experience.
• 10–12 years of experience in data business analysis, FP&A, or product operations.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, SQL, and analytics tools.
• Proven experience collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders in high-tech software companies.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and build models.

Nice to have

• Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and ERP/CRM systems like SAP and SFDC.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau and AI agent tools.
• Familiarity with product development lifecycles or programming workflows.
