What you will do
- Post open positions to job boards, university career platforms, and social media channels.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates, hiring managers, and interview teams.
- Manage candidate communications throughout the entire recruiting process.
- Support onboarding activities, including orientation logistics and new hire documentation.
- Maintain accurate candidate and employee records within HR systems.
- Conduct research on recruiting trends, university partnerships, and talent sourcing strategies.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree.
- Must be a US Citizen to qualify for required government personnel security clearance.
- Strong organizational, time management, and verbal/written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Nice to have
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Communications, or Organizational Leadership.
- Previous experience in an internship, campus leadership, or administrative role.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, Handshake, or other recruiting platforms.
- Experience using ATS, HR software, or scheduling tools.
