Salary: $95,000 - $245,000

What you will do

• Manage the full life cycle of recruiting, from initial needs identification with hiring managers to final offer negotiation.
• Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies using job boards, social networking, internet mining, and professional events.
• Act as a consultant and advisor to hiring managers, coaching them on optimal interview and selection processes.
• Build and maintain a proactive pipeline of qualified candidates in highly competitive technical markets.
• Track recruiting metrics and use data for strategic analysis of campaigns to meet hiring goals.
• Ensure a high-quality candidate experience through timely feedback, communication, and interview preparation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience as a recruiter, preferably within emerging science or technical industries.
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems, preferably Workday.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Nice to have

• Professional certification in recruiting (e.g., CIR, CSSR, TAS, CDR).
• Direct experience with DOD (Department of Defense) recruiting.
