Salary: $80,000 - $110,000

What you will do

• Coordinate interview loops and debriefs for candidates and internal team members.
• Ensure every candidate has a smooth, well-communicated, and positive experience.
• Manage logistics for onsite interviews at the San Francisco office, including candidate arrival and workspace setup.
• Proactively identify and solve day-of issues, including last-minute changes or scheduling conflicts.
• Communicate clearly and promptly with candidates and internal teams about interview logistics and updates.
• Partner with People Operations to support new hire onboarding logistics.

Requirements

• 1+ year of recruiting or HR experience.
• Detail-oriented and operationally strong.
• Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills.
• Personable and warm, with the ability to make candidates feel welcome and supported.
• Ability to think on your feet and respond to last-minute changes.

• Previous experience in a recruiting or coordination role, especially at a fast-paced company.
