What you will do

• Manage end-to-end interview coordination and high-volume scheduling across candidates, interviewers, and leadership.
• Ensure a white-glove candidate experience from the first touchpoint to the closing stage.
• Communicate proactively with candidates, interviewers, and cross-functional partners including HR, Finance, and Workplace teams.
• Track scheduling timelines and SLAs to identify trends and risks for stakeholders.
• Optimize coordination practices by leveraging AI tools and streamlining workflows.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, high-performing environment.
• Exceptional organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and solve problems proactively.
• Must be based in or able to work on-site in San Francisco.

Nice to have

• Experience with Ashby or other applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Previous experience in recruiting coordination or supporting technical teams.
• Experience in high-growth startup environments.
