Recruiting Coordinator

Salary: $25–$31 per hour

What you will do

• Partner with the recruiting team to support hiring needs and process refinement.
• Manage and host onsite candidate interviews.
• Schedule high-volume interviews with exceptional attention to detail.
• Maintain and update candidate records in the Greenhouse ATS.
• Respond to candidate inquiries via phone and email.
• Act as an expert on company products and culture to answer candidate questions.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree required.
• Must be able to work onsite in San Mateo, CA.
• Experience in recruiting coordination, HR coordination, or administrative support.
• Excellent time management, prioritization, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with G Suite and ATS platforms.
• Strong communication skills and ability to cultivate relationships with stakeholders.

• Prior experience with Greenhouse ATS.
