What you will do

• Travel to member homes and community settings to provide episodic and urgent pediatric care.
• Perform clinical procedures including IV placement, lab draws, wound care, and medication administration.
• Flex into virtual acute care nursing to conduct assessments and manage urgent pediatric needs.
• Collaborate with an integrated care team of physicians, social workers, and therapists.
• Document care in the EMR and provide patient/family education.

Requirements

• Active RN compact licensure required.
• Must reside in FL, TN, NC, MO, TX, GA, LA, or DC.
• Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) required.
• Minimum 3+ years of pediatric nursing experience, including 1–2 years in emergency medicine.
• PALS & BLS certification required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for frequent travel.

Nice to have

• EMS (EMT/P) experience.
• 2+ years of pediatric home care experience.
• Bilingual in Spanish.
