Salary: $120,000 – $170,000 (Total Compensation)

What you will do

  • Conduct virtual primary care visits via telehealth, including comprehensive assessments and acute care interventions.
  • Diagnose and manage chronic conditions such as hypertension, diabetes, and COPD with individualized care plans.
  • Order and interpret diagnostic tests and coordinate necessary follow-up care.
  • Manage medication prescriptions, titrations, and refills while ensuring patient safety.
  • Provide health coaching and patient education to empower patients in managing their own health.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and provide feedback to improve the electronic health platform.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the USA.
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is required.
  • Active RN and APRN or Physician Assistant license in good standing.
  • Board certification in Family Medicine, Adult-Gerontology, or Internal Medicine.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in primary care, urgent care, or internal medicine.
  • Active BLS certification at time of hire.

Nice to have

  • Experience in telehealth or virtual care settings.
  • Familiarity with value-based care models and quality metrics (HEDIS, STAR ratings).
  • Proficiency with EHRs and virtual care workflows.
