What you will do

• Collaborate with product engineers to develop design specifications and drawings meeting customer and regulatory needs.
• Support product engineering projects, continuous improvement, and cost reduction plans.
• Perform problem solving and failure analysis for assigned projects.
• Actively participate in Design Reviews, DFM (Design for Manufacturing), and DFA (Design for Assembly) for new products.
• Optimize processes and tools to achieve the company's product leadership strategy.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• Fully bilingual (English and Spanish).
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in design engineering using CAD.
• Proficiency in 3-D Parametric Solid Modeling (SolidWorks is a plus).
• Expertise in geometric dimensioning and tolerances (GD&T) and component/assembly tolerance stack-up analysis.
• Ability to work onsite at the Innovation Center in Monterrey, Mexico.
