What you will do

• Create and manage Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, and YouTube.
• Conduct keyword research to target qualified real estate leads.
• Write compelling ad copy tailored for real estate buyers and sellers.
• Optimize campaigns for conversions, cost efficiency, and lead quality.
• Implement conversion tracking and analyze performance data to improve results.
• Provide weekly or monthly performance reports and strategic recommendations.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing Google Ads campaigns, preferably within the real estate industry.
• Strong understanding of PPC strategy, keyword research, and conversion optimization.
• Ability to analyze data and make performance-driven decisions.
