What you will do
- Build, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns including Search, Display, and PMax.
- Conduct keyword research and implement on-page SEO strategies to improve organic rankings.
- Manage social media engagement, including audience interaction and content scheduling.
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance using GA4, Google Ads, and Meta insights.
- Prepare performance reports and actionable optimization recommendations.
- Test and iterate on ad copy, headlines, and audience segments to improve conversion rates.
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in Google Ads, SEO, and social media management.
- Strong understanding of PPC, digital marketing analytics, and performance metrics (CPC, CTR, CPA, ROAS).
- Proficiency with Google Ads, GA4, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Meta platforms.
- Strong written communication and copywriting skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Must be based in El Salvador and available to work during U.S. business hours.
Nice to have
- Experience managing multiple client accounts in SaaS, e-commerce, or B2B sectors.
- Background in A/B testing and conversion rate optimization.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools and email marketing workflows.
