What you will do

• Execute, manage, and optimize large-scale advertising campaigns within Google Ads.
• Develop and implement performance-driven user acquisition strategies for scalability.
• Conduct comprehensive keyword, audience, and competitor research to find growth opportunities.
• Manage campaign budgets and bidding strategies to maximize ROI and business impact.
• Analyze performance trends and proactively implement data-driven improvements.
• Collaborate with creative, analytics, and product teams to enhance campaign efficiency.

Requirements

• 4+ years of hands-on experience managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns.
• Deep knowledge of Google Analytics, Ads metrics, and attribution models.
• Proven experience handling high-budget performance marketing campaigns.
• English: Intermediate+ level or higher.
• Strong analytical thinking and a results-oriented, data-driven mindset.
• Must be based in Ukraine.

Nice to have

• Experience with Facebook/Instagram Ads, DV360, or Bing Ads.
• Experience with other paid acquisition channels.
