Google Ads Demand Gen Specialist (Google Ads/YouTube): Managing and optimizing large-scale Google Ads campaigns with an accent on Demand Gen execution, video-first advertising, creative testing, and scalable user acquisition. Focus on analyzing campaign and creative performance, developing growth hypotheses, managing budgets and bidding strategies, and maximizing ROI through data-driven optimization.

What you will do

  • Execute, manage, and optimize large-scale Google Ads campaigns, with a focus on Demand Gen.
  • Develop user acquisition strategies focused on performance, scalability, and business impact.
  • Analyze video creatives for YouTube and Demand Gen campaigns, generate hypotheses, and run creative tests.
  • Create briefs and collaborate with motion designers and creative teams on high-performing ad creatives.
  • Research keywords, audiences, competitors, and creatives to identify growth opportunities.
  • Manage budgets and bidding strategies while analyzing performance trends and driving optimization.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of hands-on experience managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns.
  • Recent hands-on experience with Demand Gen campaigns within the last year.
  • Strong understanding of video-first advertising, especially on YouTube and Demand Gen.
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads metrics, attribution models, and performance analysis.
  • Experience with creative performance marketing and scalable acquisition strategies.
  • Intermediate+ English proficiency required. Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, independence, and a data-driven approach are expected.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Facebook/Instagram Ads, DV360, TikTok Ads, Bing Ads, or other paid acquisition channels.
  • Experience working with video creatives across multiple paid acquisition platforms.
