What you will do

  • Manage and scale Google Ads campaigns including search, display, and remarketing.
  • Execute social media engagement strategies and manage content scheduling.
  • Improve organic visibility through SEO keyword research, metadata optimization, and technical improvements.
  • Analyze performance metrics using Google Analytics 4 to identify growth opportunities.
  • Prepare detailed reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Continuously test and iterate on ad copy and targeting to improve CPC, CTR, and ROAS.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads and social media platforms.
  • Proven SEO experience using tools like SEMrush or Ahrefs.
  • Strong proficiency in Google Analytics 4 and performance metrics (CPC, CTR, ROAS).
  • Excellent written communication and copywriting skills.
  • Must be based in the U.S. and able to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Ability to work during U.S. business hours.

Nice to have

  • Experience managing multiple client accounts.
  • Background in E-commerce, SaaS, or B2B marketing.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing frameworks and conversion rate optimization.
