Salary: $174,537 – $225,413 + Equity

What you will do
- Lead a senior-leaning autonomous squad managing core services, communications, and the AI Platform.
- Drive SDLC innovation with a focus on AI-native development and agentic coding tools to reduce toil.
- Define and own the technical strategic vision for platform capabilities to ensure scalability.
- Partner with other EMs to resolve delivery friction and align platform timelines with product roadmaps.
- Facilitate complex technical decisions and coach senior talent toward Staff/Principal levels.
Requirements
- Must be based in the US (excluding restricted states).
- 3+ years of experience leading senior, autonomous engineering teams.
- Proven track record of building frameworks, shared platforms, or cross-team services.
- Technical fluency in platform infrastructure or distributed systems.
- Ability to translate high-level company OKRs into actionable team strategy.
- Experience building high-performing teams in fully remote or asynchronous environments.
Nice to have
- 5+ years leading Platform, Infrastructure, or Developer Experience teams.
- Experience integrating AI-assisted/Agentic coding workflows into the SDLC.
- Deep knowledge of Event-Driven Architectures (EDA).
- Background in building scalable communication or rules engines.
- Experience in regulated industries, specifically healthcare and HIPAA compliance.
