TL;DR
Electrical Engineer (PCB Design): Designing complex, high-speed, multi-layer PCBs for desktop and server grade boards and PCIe cards with an accent on high-speed schematic design and signal integrity. Focus on bridging the gap between design and mass production to deliver high-performance AI CPU platforms.
Location: On-site in Belgrade, Serbia or Toronto, Canada

What you will do
- Take full ownership of designing complex, high-speed, multi-layer PCBs for desktop and server grade boards and PCIe cards.
- Lead schematic designs, architectures, and layouts from initial concept through to mass production.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure designs meet performance, thermal, and manufacturability goals.
- Collaborate with ODMs and manufacturing partners to ensure seamless production handoffs.
- Contribute to the refinement of design processes and best practices within a fast-moving engineering team.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Hands-on experience in PCB design, specifically high-speed board schematic design.
- Experience with 100/400/800 GbE, GDDR6/7, or PCIe Gen5/6 designs.
- Proficiency with ECAD tools such as Allegro or System Capture.
- Must be based in or able to work on-site in Toronto, Canada or Belgrade, Serbia.
- Must be eligible to access U.S. export-controlled technology (EAR compliance).
