Electrical Engineer (PCB Design)

What you will do

• Design complex, high-speed, multi-layer PCBs for desktop and server systems.
• Develop board schematics, architectures, layouts, and PCIe cards based on AI CPUs.
• Own designs from concept through mass production and shipped products.
• Collaborate across electrical, mechanical, and thermal disciplines to meet performance, reliability, and manufacturability goals.
• Coordinate technical production handoffs with ODMs and manufacturing partners.
• Refine PCB design processes and engineering best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Hands-on experience with PCB design and high-speed board schematic design.
• Understanding of layout and signal integrity challenges in high-speed designs, ideally involving 100/400/800 GbE, GDDR6/7, or PCIe Gen5/6.
• Ability to work across electrical, mechanical, and thermal domains.
• Experience with ECAD tools such as Allegro or System Capture.
• Problem-solving skills focused on debugging, fine-tuning, and optimizing designs for real-world conditions.
